I am an accredited Sommelier (International Sommelier Guide), French Wine Scholar (French Wine Academy), and Certified Specialist of Wine (Society of Wine Educators). I am also the author of a number of books on food and wine. But, more important than my credential is my passion for creating unforgettable moments.
My mission is to make wine and food more approachable. You don’t have to be a Sommelier to enjoy wine or a chef to cook deliciously. I can envision custom food and wine experiences and help you discover what you like and why.
When I am not in Nice, I roam the Mediterranean, taste, write and share my world. Food helps me get to know a place, its culture, and people.
